With that said, due to your location to the US, it should be relatively easy for you find either a prepaid or virtual card that will allow you to watch ESPN+ in Canda, with some quick Google searches.
Other than that, apart from the part that you also need to fool ESPN+ into thinking that you are in the US, registration for ESPN+ is just like registration for any other platform.
